TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of coaching services, memberships, digital products, workshops, training programs and related resources provided by NZ Beauty HQ LTD trading as Levarna Wolland Business Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing or participating in any product or service provided by us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
General Educational and Coaching Information
All coaching, training, calculators, examples, resources and information provided by Levarna Wolland Business Coach are for educational and informational purposes only.
Training and coaching are delivered by Levarna Wolland, a business coach and bridal industry professional. Levarna Wolland and NZ Beauty HQ LTD are not acting as your accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser or lawyer.
You remain responsible for your own business, financial, pricing, marketing and operational decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate, particularly regarding tax, accounting, financial or legal matters.
No guarantee of business or financial results
Examples, testimonials, case studies and client results may be used to demonstrate how concepts have been applied by other bridal artists or businesses. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, demand, experience, expenses, positioning, marketing, implementation, capacity and individual circumstances.
Purchasing or participating in any product, coaching service or membership does not guarantee bookings, enquiries, revenue, profit, business growth or any particular financial outcome.
You are responsible for implementing the strategies and making the decisions appropriate for your individual business.
Booked & Profitable: The Bridal Business Reset
Booked & Profitable is a self-paced educational workshop designed to help bridal hair and makeup artists understand the financial numbers behind their businesses and make more informed decisions about pricing, packages and profitability.
Your purchase includes the training, materials and resources described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
Booked & Profitable may also be included as part of another coaching service or membership, including the Bridal Pricing & Profit Intensive and The Bridal Artist Collective.
Calculators and financial examples
Calculators, worksheets, formulas and financial examples supplied with the workshop are educational business-planning tools.
Their outputs depend on the information entered and assumptions used and should not be treated as accounting, tax or financial advice.
You are responsible for checking your own figures and obtaining professional advice where necessary.
Booked & Profitable Money-Back Guarantee
Booked & Profitable includes a money-back guarantee when purchased as a standalone product.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must genuinely complete the core Booked & Profitable workshop and work through the relevant training and resources.
If, after completing the core workshop, you do not feel significantly clearer and more confident about your pricing, numbers and next business decisions, you may request a refund within 7 days of completing the workshop.
We may ask you to confirm or provide reasonable evidence that you have completed the core workshop before processing your refund.
You are not required to complete the 7-Day Bridal Pricing Implementation Challenge to qualify for the guarantee.
This guarantee applies to standalone purchases of Booked & Profitable only. It does not create a right to a refund of another coaching service or membership where Booked & Profitable is included as part of that service.
This guarantee does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Refunds for Coaching and Membership Services
The money-back guarantee offered for Booked & Profitable applies only to standalone purchases of that workshop.
The Bridal Pricing & Profit Intensive and The Bridal Artist Collective do not include a change-of-mind money-back guarantee.
The Intensive includes personalised coaching, reserved appointment time, access to training and between-session support. The Collective includes access to ongoing group coaching, community support, training programs and member resources.
Choosing not to attend coaching sessions, participate in the membership, complete the training or make use of the resources and support provided does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Bridal Pricing & Profit Intensive
The Bridal Pricing & Profit Intensive is a time-limited 1:1 coaching service designed to provide personalised support with your business numbers, pricing, packages and profitability.
The specific sessions, support, resources and inclusions provided are those described on the sales page and/or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Booked & Profitable may be provided as part of the Intensive to establish or reinforce the pricing and profit foundations used throughout the coaching process.
Coaching Period and Participation
The Intensive is designed to be completed within the stated coaching period from commencement.
You are responsible for participating in the coaching process, completing relevant preparation or implementation work and booking and attending your sessions within the applicable coaching period.
Failure to participate, complete preparation work or make use of the coaching and support available does not automatically entitle you to an extension or refund.
Any extension or rescheduling outside the stated coaching period is at our discretion, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Appointments, Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a booked coaching session.
Sessions missed without reasonable notice may be treated as used.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur and may exercise reasonable discretion where appropriate.
If we need to reschedule a session, we will arrange an alternative time with you.
Between-Session Support
Where between-session messaging or other support is included, it is intended to support implementation during the Intensive and is not unlimited or on-demand access.
Responses will be provided within reasonable business hours and timeframes. Immediate responses are not guaranteed.
The exact communication channel and level of support may be specified in your offer or onboarding information.
Intensive Payments
Where the Intensive is purchased using a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the agreed purchase price in instalments.
It is not a monthly membership and cannot simply be cancelled after coaching, resources or access have begun.
All agreed instalments remain payable subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
The Bridal Artist Collective
The Bridal Artist Collective is an ongoing monthly group business coaching membership for established bridal hair and makeup artists.
The Collective may include monthly group coaching, live hot seats, personalised feedback within the group coaching environment, community support, training programs and other resources described on the sales and checkout pages at the time you join.
The Collective is a group coaching environment and does not include ongoing private 1:1 coaching unless this is expressly stated as part of a separate offer.
Monthly Coaching and Hot Seats
Collective members have access to the monthly group coaching opportunities described as part of the membership.
Hot seats, business reviews and personalised feedback take place within the group coaching environment unless otherwise expressly stated.
Membership does not include unlimited private business reviews, private coaching or on-demand individual access to Levarna.
Live coaching dates and times may vary to provide members across different time zones with opportunities to attend live.
Where recordings are provided, members who cannot attend live may access the recording while they have the applicable membership access.
Training Programs
The Collective includes access to training from Book More Brides Artist Academy and Bridal Ads Mastery.
Program modules are progressively unlocked over the first six months of active membership.
The release schedule, organisation and presentation of training may be updated from time to time to improve the member experience.
After the initial six-month training period, active members continue to receive ongoing coaching, community support, feedback and other membership benefits available at that time.
Monthly Billing and Renewal
The Bridal Artist Collective is an automatically renewing monthly membership.
By purchasing the membership, you authorise the payment method provided at checkout to be charged the membership fee shown at checkout each billing period until you cancel.
Your membership will continue and renew monthly unless cancelled before your next billing date.
Any changes to membership pricing for existing members will be communicated in advance where required.
Cancelling Your Collective Membership
You may cancel your Collective membership at any time before your next billing date through your course or membership portal, where available, or by contacting us at info@levarnabizcoach.co.
Cancellation prevents future membership payments.
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, payments already processed are not refunded simply because you choose not to use the membership or cancel partway through a billing period.
Your access to ongoing coaching, the private community, member-only support and membership resources will end when your paid membership access ends.
12-Month Member Training Access
Members who remain continuously active in The Bridal Artist Collective for 12 consecutive months will retain ongoing access to:
Book More Brides Artist Academy program modules
Bridal Ads Mastery program modules
This retained access applies even if you later cancel your Collective membership.
It does not include continued access to monthly group coaching, hot seats, personalised coaching feedback, the private Collective community or other benefits reserved for active members.
Where future updates are made to the retained Book More Brides Artist Academy or Bridal Ads Mastery program modules, those updates will be included while those programs remain offered and technically available through our training platform.
Retained access is subject to the continued operation and availability of the relevant programs and platform. If a program or delivery platform is materially changed or discontinued, we may provide a reasonably equivalent method of accessing the relevant retained training where practicable.
Cancellation Before 12 Months
If you cancel The Bridal Artist Collective before completing 12 consecutive months of active membership, you will not receive the 12-month retained-access benefit described above.
Your access to Collective training and resources will end with your membership unless you separately purchased a particular product or program outside the Collective.
Any standalone product you purchased separately remains subject to the access terms that applied to that purchase.
Group Coaching and Community Conduct
Group coaching and community spaces are intended to provide a professional and supportive environment for members.
You agree to communicate respectfully with other members and not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, unsolicited promotion or conduct that materially disrupts the community or coaching environment.
We reserve the right to remove content or, where reasonably necessary, suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these standards.
Where access is terminated due to a serious breach of these Terms, this does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, subject always to applicable consumer law.
Confidentiality in Group Environments
Members may discuss their businesses, pricing, finances, marketing, clients and other commercially sensitive information during group coaching or within community spaces.
You agree not to intentionally copy, publish, distribute or share another member’s confidential business information outside the Collective without their permission.
Because group environments involve other participants, we cannot guarantee the actions or confidentiality of every individual member. Please use appropriate discretion when deciding what personal, client or commercially sensitive information you share.
Pricing and currency
The price and currency applicable to your purchase will be displayed at checkout.
Where a purchase is made in a currency different from your bank or card currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates or international transaction fees. These are outside my control.
Payment plans
Where a payment plan is offered for a fixed-price product or service, you agree to make all payments in accordance with the payment schedule presented at checkout.
A payment plan is a method of paying the full purchase price in instalments and is not the same as an ongoing membership subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, cancelling participation in a fixed-price program or choosing not to use the product or service does not automatically cancel the remaining agreed instalments, subject to applicable consumer law.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled membership or payment-plan payment fails, we may make reasonable attempts to process the payment again and may contact you regarding the outstanding amount.
Access to the relevant product, coaching service or membership may be suspended while payment remains overdue.
Access and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to digital training and resources is provided for your own personal business use.
All videos, calculators, worksheets, templates, written materials, graphics, training programs, methods, frameworks and other resources remain the intellectual property of NZ Beauty HQ LTD and/or Levarna Wolland unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish, upload, teach from or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.
Your login and course or membership access are for you only and must not be shared with another person or business.
Recordings
Group coaching calls, workshops or training sessions may be recorded for member training and replay purposes.
If you participate in a live group session, your name, voice, video, comments or information you voluntarily share may appear in the recording.
Where recordings are made available to other members, they remain subject to these Terms and may not be copied, distributed or shared outside the applicable program or membership.
If you do not wish to appear visually in a recording, you may choose to keep your camera off where the platform permits.
You remain responsible for deciding what information you share during a recorded group session.
Availability and changes
We may occasionally update, improve, reorganise or replace training materials, resources, coaching formats or program content.
We may also need to change coaching dates, platforms or delivery arrangements, or temporarily suspend access due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a material change affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provide an appropriate alternative where practicable.
Third-party platforms
Products and services may be delivered using third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or technical problems caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control, although reasonable efforts will be made to help resolve access issues.
Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials, examples and case studies shown on our website, social media, emails or training materials represent the experiences of individual customers or clients.
Individual experiences and results vary. Testimonials and case studies should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve identical or similar results.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Where mandatory consumer protections apply to you, those protections take precedence over any inconsistent provision in these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of New Zealand, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the Terms in effect at the time of that purchase, subject to subsequent changes that may lawfully apply to an ongoing membership and any rights that cannot legally be excluded or modified.
Material changes affecting an ongoing paid membership will be communicated where reasonably required.
